Description

Pha Chor is a steep cliff about 30 meters high. It is unique, beautiful and unusual, caused by geological changes. which was the path of the Ping River thousands of years ago.

Located in Doi Lor District, under the supervision of Mae Wang National Park, Chiang Mai Province
It is a natural phenomenon caused by erosion. The wind and rain caused the land that was believed to be hundreds of years old or a thousand years ago. This area used to be a walkway of the Ping River. Which can be observed from the lump Rounded pebbles are scattered throughout the soil. Until the Ping River changed its direction and flowed to another place. This area has been raised up into a high hill. Ping River sediment has formed and accumulated in layers. Over time and eroded, it became cliffs and clay pillars with strange shapes.
